Coffee gelato with cocoa nibs
Ingredients:
2 cups whole milk
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup of sugar + 1/4 cup of 4 egg whites
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 shots of expresso (or coffee of your choice)

Ingredients:
1 cup powdered oatmeal
1/3 of cup of wheat flour
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup of cocoa
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
2 cups milk (or almond milk)
1/2 cup of yogurt
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
Preparation:
Melt a 70% Belú chocolate bar in the microwave (10 in 10 seconds maximum 30 seconds).
To make it more liquid you can add 1 teaspoon of coconut oil and beat, if you want to sweeten it add a tablespoon of powdered sugar.
